1. Clear all your doubts beforehand

2. Get fit
If you are going for IVF treatment, you will have to improve your fitness levels to manage the odds of IVF success. You will need to follow a dedicated fitness routine as suggested by the expert.
It will be imperative for you to exercise for at least half-an-hour on a daily basis for around five days a week. You need to exercise under the guidance of a fitness trainer who will monitor your movements. Also, avoid rigorous workouts.
Regular physical activity will enhance your overall well-being, reduce stress and anxiety. You will also be able to maintain an optimum weight and keep obesity at bay. 3. Take care of your diet

It will be imperative for you to include fresh fruits, vegetables and good protein in the diet. Avoid pizzas, pasta, chips, French fries, burgers, sugary drinks and sweets. 4. Follow a proper sleep routine

6. Prenatal vitamins

7. Quitting cigarettes and alcohol
You will have to kick off these vices in order to have a successful IVF treatment as it impacts the quality of eggs and sperm. Quitting cigarettes and alcohol will also be beneficial for your baby’s health.
8. Improve sperm health
You can speak to your doctor regarding various ways to naturally enhance the sperm count. Try to eat leafy green vegetables, maintain a healthy weight, wear loose boxers and avoid substance abuse.
